- Original packaging intact
- All tags attached
- No damage or alterations
What Can Be Returned
Most items are returnable. However, the following items are non-returnable:
- Damaged items from manufacture
- Items with missing or damaged tags
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items returned outside the 2-day return window

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or design within the 2-day return window. Please follow the same return process and mention your exchange preference when contacting us.
Refund Timeline
After we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
The Rivaaz covers all return shipping costs. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label with your return authorization. Simply pack your item and drop it off at any courier location - no additional cost to you.
